20 Mafia Romance Book Recommendations

The first prompts is Blood on the Cover

So here are a couple of mafia romances of blood on the cover. You have The Predator by Rue Nix

I read this actually during the last Mafia romance readathon last year. I didn't love this book personally, but there is like a huge cult following behind this

mafia romance series. It follows this girl who ends up sneaking into a rival Mafia's place to try and steal back one of her hard drives

only to then be caught by this guy who was known as the Predator. And they end up kind of entering into an alliance to try and figure out what I have

into this hard drive of hers that was stolen and it's definitely like a forbidden romance

There's like a lot going on and this is very plot heavy. It was not totally for me, but a lot of people do love it

So it's your choice. I'm not starting off strong here for some stupid reason, but I'm not

We then have Queen of Madness by Lee Jacket. This is a Alice in Wonderland mafia romance and it's just really fun

This is a duet so you can read book one and book two. But this is Alice in Wonderland Spider, which is super, super fun

Now, Harowen is actually the head of her own mafia, and the guy is someone who ends up becoming one of her knights, which is kind of like a bodyguard for her, but he's actually secretly infiltrating them to actually, like, get information from her for the rival mafia group

And so it's like that kind of like secret identity kind of situation. She's a super badass and like let anyone get close to her

She's like the Queen of Hearts, and it's really, really cool. But the blood on the cover, you can't really see it, but it is on the Queen of Hearts card

I'm also going to be consistently pulling down Sophie Lark books, but there is Bloody Heart

This is book four in the Brutal Birth Right series by Sophie Lark. The word bloody is in the title, so it does count

It's a bit of a loophole we do have. And this is Dante's book. He is the heir to the Italian Mafia

And this is his secretar's romance with Simone, who is a model that he met when she was 18, and they fell madly enough, and then she ended up abandoning him

And there is a secret baby trip in this when they are reunited many, many years later

Then we have books with royalty in the title. There are a lot for these

Right off the bat, we have Brutal Prince by Sophie Lark. This is Book 1, the Brutal Birthright series

Highly recommend you start here to start any of Sophie's books. So this would be a really great one to put onto your TBR

This is an arranged-marge romance between Ada and Callum. Ada is from the Italian mafia and Callum is from the Irish Mafia

Definitely, definitely huge, huge enemies-lovers vibes here. So hilarious, their romance. Their banter is priceless

You then also have heavy crown. Crown is in the title. This one. This is the final book. in the Brittle Birthright series, and this is Sebastian's book

This is his romance with Yelina, who is a Bratva princess, and it is a huge, huge, forbidden romance with the two of them

I'm going to bring back Queen of Madness, because this does have Queen in the title

And then we also have Mafia King by El Steel. I have not read this. This is sneak preview, part of my TBR

But this is a, I read the prequel novella to this, and this is an arranged marriage mafia romance

The guy is the head of the Sicilian mafia. And if I'm correct, I think this does

does take place, like, actually in Italy. From, it took place in Italy from what I remember

Um, I also think that, like, they have an arranged marriage, and I'm pretty sure he actually, like, kidnaps her for the arranged marriage thing

And it's just like, um, okay, he's obsessed with her too. This is, like, a total, like, obsessed hero

After that, the prompt is next in a series. That is just something you can do if you have the next book in a series to read

The fourth prompt is new to you author. If you have a new to you author

Congratulations. Any of these authors I've mentioned so far, if you have reading of them, they will count for that prompt

Number five is the oldest mafia romance in your library So that could be either physical at the oldest mafia romance that you bought and own or if you the oldest one on your Kindle It just totally up to you in that sense Number six is tattooed hero So the first one for this is going to be Yvonne by Sophie Lark

This does have a tattooed hero in it. Yvonne is one of my favorite Sophie Lark books

so I highly highly recommend this one. This is part of the Brat Fah. This is her underworld series

and this follows Yvonne and Sloan. Yvon is the head of the Bratfar in St. Petersburg

and Sloan is an American hit woman. She is sent to go kill him. He ends up capturing her

and then they end up teaming up to be badass people together, and I freaking adore it

This is literally one of my favorite books of all time, so I highly recommend this, and Ivan is tattooed

We also have another one of my top three favorite Sophie Lark books, and that is The Bulley by Sophie Lark

This is Book 3 in the Kingmaker's series. Dean has a massive tattoo on his back of a tiger

This is a bully romance between Dean and Cat. They do have a very big sub-dom relationship

This is Book 3. I know a lot of people just read this out reading in the other books, which I think is a disservice to yourself

I know I am mentioning it here. You can read any of her books as a standalone. Don't totally recommend it, but I'm going to put this here

Another tattooed hero is going to be Carnal Urges by J.T. Gessinger

This is a captive romance. This follows a guy from the Irish mob who ends up capturing Sloan

who is the best friend to book one in this series. You don't have to read this in order because this is totally separate

but it does kind of, reading book one in the series does kind of clear you into why Sloan was kidnapped

but otherwise it's totally separate. Like I said, a captive romance, and the guy in this is a tattooed hero

Number seven, the prompt is title and the name. You can literally read any of Sophie Lark's Underworld series

Her entire Underworld series is the names. You don't have to read them in order

The only ones you have to read in order is you shouldn't read Dom

until you've read Yvonne because Dom is Yvarn's brother and so their storylines overlap

but otherwise you can read all of her Underworld series completely out of order because they otherwise don't interconnect at all

So those all have different names. They're also super short and I really enjoy them. one of the ones that's super disconnected is Roman, that is book three in the underworld series

totally disconnected, and this is a bully romance. It was the first bully romance that I read and actually enjoyed as a bully romance

So if you've never tried bully romances before, I want to do that, definitely check out Roman

And then I haven't read this series, but Jane Henry has a entire Irish Mafia series

and all the guys, their names are the titles for this series, and book one is Keenan's

So if that is something that you're interested in, you want to try something different. Jane Henry does have a huge series, and it's one that I do

plan on reading soon, so I do want to mention it here just in case. Number eight, we have

captive captive as a trope, one of my favorite tropes. Obviously, I did just mention carnal

urges, that is a captive romance. You also have Solent Air. This is book two in the brutal

birthright series. This is Mikalaj and Ness's book. This does feel disconnected from book

one, so if you just want to skip right to this one, you can because the event, this is totally

separate because of the fact that it is a captive, Beauty and the Beast retelling. But this

follows Mikalaj, who is part of the Polish Brutford Savo, and also Nessa, who is the youngest daughter

of the Griffin family. She's the young. youngest Irish mafia daughter princess and so he ends up capturing her and it is their romance

We also have Bratford Sinner by Bibi Hanel. I love Brutford sin and this is also a super

shot one I feel like it's 200 pages or less. I read this last year. This is such a fun one

This is also an aged gap mafia romance too. It's also part of the Brutfar as well as a guy who

goes to go kill this man because there's a hit out of him. He's also part of the Brutva but he goes to go do this hit. When he kills this guy, the guy's daughter is there and it

turns out that like you know the way the mafia works is like blood plays for blood so even

though this guy is now dead the daughter is going to be taken by someone to then pay for her father's

crime so he decides to then defy everyone and capture this girl and bring her back to his safe

house and look after her and kind of find out what going on and so he captured her she can go anywhere but he kind of captured her for her own good you know Which I mean you know it just debatable But he did capture her for her own good

And it's two of them trying to figure out what her dad did and kind of trying to figure out how they can leverage that

to, like, get her free. And it's super, super fun and steamy. After that, we then have arranged marriage as the trope

Obviously, I mentioned Brittle Prince earlier. This is an arranged marriage, Marking, a romance

The other one I'm going to recommend for this is Bound by Honor by Cora Riley

This is Book 1. her, I don't even know what this series is called, but this is book one and her

mafia romance series. I've only read book one. I read this actually during the last mafia romance

readathon for that specific reason because it was, you know, that trope. But I enjoyed this. It's not

my favorite mafia romance, but it's actually a really great beginner mafia romance because it does

explain everything to you and you kind of learn what the terminology is. So if you are brand new

this is a good one. But there is, uh, there is technically a scene in this that can be considered

cheating if you don't like that. Um, so I do want to mention

that as like a just a bit of a trigger warning for this one. But I thought it was super fun. I do need

to continue off this series. I've only read book one in it and I own the next two. So I do need to

get to those. Number 10 is recommended by a host. You can literally pick any of the ones that I've

mentioned here as one of your recommendations. Obviously my main recommendations are going to be

like a Sophie Lark book or Ruthless Creatures by J.T. Gessinger. Where is that book? Here it is

This is a book I totally recommend for a mafia romance. I love this one so much. I'll get into this

in a second because it fits one of the next prompts. But those are some of my recommendations. You can really take anything from this video, though

Number 11, part of that prompt is to follow the host, to follow us on Instagram

That's one of the prompts is the very easy one. Number 12 is Bratfar

Bratfar is the Russian mafia. So obviously, any of Sophie Lucks underworld books are the Bratfar

and the bully is also Brutfar, and so is Heavy Crown. So those are Sophie ones

We then also have Brutfer Sinner by Bibi Hamel that I just mentioned before is a Brutfer one

And then here we have Ruthus Creatures by JT. Kissinger. This is like such a huge, oh my God, I love this one so freaking much. If you like humor

and dirty talking heroes, you have to read this. This year of Cage and he is part of the

Bratva and he has been sent to go kill this woman and he gets there and learns that like she

actually has no idea of what's going on and he ends up falling in love with her instead and

decides to become her protector. But like, you know, her fiancee went missing and died a couple

like 10 years ago. She doesn't know what happened to him. And obviously it's connected to the

Brutthar and something that happened there. So it's super, like the mystery in this and that the actual

plot underlying is so cool. And what's really unique about this is that Cage does have a point

of view. But you only get Cage's point of view like every like sixish chapters. So you really

kept in the dark like what he knows and what's really going on with everything, which is so much fun

to figure out. Then we're going to move on to Irish romances. So for Irish, you can pick books

one, five and six in the Brutle Birthright series because those all full of

the Irish children, the Griffin family. You can also read the Filthy Facts series by, I think who's by

I've read only book one in this series. I'll put it up here. These are all Irish mafia romances

I enjoyed them. They're not like my favorite. There was like a bit of a lull in this book

I will admit, but I've heard that this series does get better as you keep reading them

And then as I mentioned earlier, Jane Henry has her entire series of Irish Mafias and those

starts with Keenan, and so you can read all these as well. Number 14 is

is Italian mafia romance. This is like the easiest one out of all of them. You can really

pick any of the mafia romances. But obviously, you know, Bound by Honor by Coral Riley, any

of Cora's books are going to be Italian. Um, Brutal Prince, this is Italian. Books one

three four and six in this series are also Italian The other telling one is a bullet between us This follows a girl who accidentally sees a crime that she shouldn have and she goes on the run and only to be placed on the protection of this guy who is a police officer

but he was placed in the police force by the Italian mafia as like part of the Italian mafia

And so that is their romance here. This is a bit of like a disconnected thing from the mafia

This is definitely outside to the mafia as like a romance. So this one is also Italian

It's the Moritic crime family. The next prompt is the Cozanoista. and the Cozanozda is an Italian mafia

It's a Sicilian mafia. Now, I actually haven't read any of these before. I haven't read any yet

So that's going to be, like, the main part of my Mafia River's Ritathon is to read some of these. But I don't have any to, like, actually recommend you

But I will tell you the one that I, one of the ones that I'm planning on putting on my TV

just so you guys have one to look for. That's going to be ruining Dalia by CR Jane

This is also reverse harem, which I'm really interested in. But this does follow the Cozanostra

So if that is one that you're going to be, You want to put on there, there you go. This is also just a really pretty cover

which is one of the main reasons when I want to read it, because if I like it, I can buy it and it's, like, super pretty

But it's a reverse harem. She ends up, like, I can't remember if she's, like, sold to them or something like that, but she ends up, like, with a bunch of dudes

and obviously reverse harem mafia. Just sounds like a fun time, in my opinion

After that, we then have the cartel. So, this is the Mexican cartel. The first one for this is going to be Violent Delights by Jessica Hawkins

So you have Natalia. She is a mafia princess. She is arranged to be married to her best friend

who's also a cartel prince, until something ends up happening and she ends up getting married to his ruthless older brother instead

And so it is technically best friend's brother, technically, because the guy she was supposed to marry was her best friend

And then this guy is that guy's brother. So like loophole-ish, but it is best friend's brother, just putting it out there for the next prompt

But this is a cartel one if that does interest you. And then another cartel one, which I haven't read, but it's super super high up with my TVR, is

Blurred Red Lines by Corey Kenbourne. This is just one I wanted to mention. This is an extra cartel one

because I haven't read a bunch of cartel mafia romances. But this is one that's super high up on my TBI

that I really, really want to get to. So I wanted to put it out there for you guys. After that, prompt number 17 is Brother's Best Friend as a prompt

So that's where I kind of was bringing the loophole for this because I actually don't know a lot of Brothers Best Friends

Mafia romances. So there's a loophole here. And then, as I did mention, B.B. Hamill earlier

B. B. Hamill has a new Mafia romance that literally just came out

It is called Broken by Sin. And this is an older brother's best friend, Mafia romance

I haven't read this one, but I do trust Bee Bammle for mafia romances

so I did want to put that out there. It is also going to be on my TBR. And then last but not least, the final prompt, the 18th prompt, is outside it to the mafia

So it means that one of the people in the romance is not part of the mafia and maybe gets dragged into it or X, Y, and Z

Now, there are a lot of these that I've actually mentioned that count, but one of the ones I haven't mentioned yet is snow

This is book two in the underworld series. The guy in the snow, he is an underground box

boxer and MMA fighter who ends up working for the mafia as one of the underground fighters

And then you have Sasha, who is a doctor. Her family gets into debt with the mafia, and she ends up having to then work for the mafia as a doctor to pay back her family's debts

So they're both technically outsiders who end up getting brought in and then have a forbidden romance

Ruthless Creatures is also an outsider to the mafia because she is not part of the mafia

And Broken Vow by Sophie Lark, this one is also outside of the mafia

This one kind of can be read as a standalone. This is Riona and Raylan's book. Riona ends up getting a hit put out on her and she's someone's going to kill her

And so Raylan ends up being put as her bodyguard. So he's announced with the mafia

And so he ends up having to be her bodyguard for this book. And he brings it to like his ranch in somewhere in the south

And that's what this one is about. So it's a bodyguard right
